Responsibilities
Executing marketing strategies and objectives
Lead proposal writing and presentations
Maintain a centralized archive of presentations, marketing materials and communications that is accessible to various functional groups internally
Coordinate the production and distribution of various communications with outside vendors, such as printers, etc. to meet designated due dates
Perform marketing research
Create and distribute press releases and other communications for new hires, awards and announcements
Organize and maintain “user friendly” record systems for the marketing department data
Update promotional marketing material content and format
Create and publish content to social media
Capture project photos during and post construction
Process and order company branded promotional items
Coordinate and plan corporate networking events
Develop and distribute marketing materials, marketing brochures and other promotional materials
Lead efforts in providing a positive organizational image to the general public, clients and the community
May write, edit and publish organizational publications
Utilize desktop publishing, graphics, and spreadsheet software to create and print a variety of materials
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical information specific to the engineering/architectural industry
Prepare text, photos or illustrations for proposal or presentation materials
Sustain complete knowledge of the organization's policies and services
Ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision
Experience with creative writing and graphic design a plus
Website WordPress experience a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and web-based interfaces
Must thrive working assertively in a deadline-driven environment

Required
Bachelor Degree
0 - 3 years of experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Develop and distribute marketing materials, marketing brochures and other promotional materials
