Responsibilities

Serves as a Workday Reporting expert to provide design concepts and develop solutions, reports, dashboards, and analytics.

Provides functional and technical support of HCMS, including tier 2/tier 3 technical advice, guidance, and support to users.

Develops and maintains integrations and interfaces within the HCMS.

Conducts research, identifies risks, and escalates issues as necessary.

Researches and documents recommendations for upgrades, issue resolution, and strategies for technical infrastructure.

Conducts system testing, User Acceptance Testing, and supports modifications associated with the HCMS.

Provides HCMS administration and maintenance, consulting with the business for system changes.

Initiates accurate documentation of business requirements, training materials, and process flows.

Assists with project planning, documentation, communication, training, and implementation activities.

Works with IT and other departments to provide user support, systems analysis, and technology solutions.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related area required

2+ years hands-on experience with support and administration of Workday HCM

2+ years’ experience with support and administration of one or more Workday modules required: Payroll, Core HCM, Advance Compensation, Performance and Talent Management, Recruiting\Onboarding, Learning and Development (prefer Extend Enterprise), Time Administration, Benefits Administration or Reporting Development/Administration

5+ years’ experience preferably in restaurant industry

Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Visio (as applicable)

Workday experience required

Advance proficiency in one or more Workday modules required: Payroll, Core HCM, Advance Compensation, Performance and Talent Management, Recruiting\Onboarding, Learning and Development (prefer Extend Enterprise), Time Administration or Benefits Administration

Advance proficiency in supporting one or more Workday processes preferred: Business Process configuration and Organization Management, Reporting Writer, PRISM, Workday Extend, Integrations EIB, Workday Core Connectors, Workday Studio and Workday Security

Ability to communicate well with the general public and experience in establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship with management, vendors, and co-workers

Ability to work in a team environment
