Responsibilities
Enable access to AI features for the majority of GitLab customers
Identify platform capabilities to accelerate the velocity of multiple feature groups
Work closely with Engineering to execute and deliver platform capabilities that bring both long- and short-term value to GitLab
Collaborate with product counterparts on other teams to release additional cloud-connected capabilities to self-managed customers
Your users will be both internal GitLab teams, as well as self-managed GitLab customers.

Required
Previous experience as a platform product manager
Previous experience building and launching products within enterprise SaaS and/or self-hosted software platforms
Previous experience bringing a product from zero-to-one
Basic knowledge of how LLMs can bring value to the DevSecOps domain
Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team in a large Product organization
Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering counterparts to deliver platform capabilities
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and lead through influence across multiple product domains
Ability to operate effectively at multiple levels of abstraction
Ability to provide structured thinking on how to approach ambiguous problems
Ability to align diverse stakeholders on a clear set of requirements in a highly ambiguous environment
