Responsibilities

Customer and Market Insight: Develop a profound understanding of OfficeSpace’s customer and prospect analytics needs through qualitative and quantitative research. Stay ahead of market trends and synthesize customer feedback to drive forward-thinking concepts that shape the future of workplace management and space planning.
Strategic Vision: Formulate and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for workplace management initiatives. Prioritize market opportunities and customer needs to maintain a robust and dynamic product roadmap.
Innovative Development: Partner with cross-functional teams, including UX, Engineering, and internal stakeholders, to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge workplace management solutions. Leverage AI and machine learning technologies to enhance product capabilities and provide advanced analytics and insights.
Execution Excellence: Lead successful implementation and continuous delivery of high-impact projects. Ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery, resulting in improved efficiency, timely product releases, and overall business success.
Data-Driven Decisions: Define success criteria, gather metrics, and consistently report on product impact and adoption metrics. Use data and analysis to test and validate assumptions, driving informed product decisions.
Pricing and Packaging: Develop pricing and packaging strategies for existing products and future features or offerings. Analyze market conditions and competitive landscape to determine optimal pricing models that maximize value and drive revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Marketing team to create enablement materials that help sales, customer service, and marketing teams position new product features effectively. Educate customer training, success, and support teams to ensure customers realize the full value of new features and functionalities.

Required

Proven Expertise: Extensive Product Management experience owning and managing core software features or platforms for a leading B2B SaaS company. Experience in high-impact roles at top tech companies (e.g., Apple, Nvidia, Google) is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency: Strong background in AI and machine learning, with hands-on experience integrating these technologies into product offerings.
Innovative Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research, design, and deliver products and features that address diverse personas and business needs. A track record of driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
Collaboration and Leadership: Proven success partnering with engineering teams to deliver new product features and upgrades in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams towards a shared vision.
User-Centric Approach: Skilled in creating epics and user stories that promote user-centricity and user-focused design concepts.
Analytical Rigor: Adept at using data and analysis to inform product decisions, validate assumptions, and drive strategic initiatives. Strong expertise in highly advanced data analysis, particularly for pricing and packaging. Ability to conduct both bottom-up and top-down analysis to develop comprehensive pricing strategies.
Pricing and Packaging Expertise: Experience in developing pricing and packaging strategies for products, as well as determining pricing models for future features or offerings. Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioning to drive revenue growth.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Humility and Empathy: A naturally strong sense of humility combined with an intrinsic ability to listen and understand perspectives and needs from a variety of customers, partners, and teammates.
