Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of user provisioning including activation/de-activation, managing Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Public Groups and more.
Maintain, enhance and build configurations in key administrative areas including Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Process Builder, Flows (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows, Sub Flows) and more.
Support integrated applications including but not limited to: Zoominfo, DocuSign, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and Pendo.
Manage technical debt appropriately by reviewing all existing configurations and automations to be marked for deprecation/removal at a later date.
Proactively monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting.
Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing Salesforce CPQ functionality including but not limited to Products, Price Rules, Product Rules custom scripts and other fundamental functionality within Salesforce CPQ.
Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing Customer Community and Partner Community infrastructure.
Support business stakeholders in creating reports and dashboards.
Identify unused or underutilized platform features, formulate business use case(s) and plan to enable/release in collaboration with business units.
Monitor support queue for incoming requests, provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues and follow through to resolution.
Evaluate requirements and build innovative solutions to meet business needs within all departments that use Salesforce.
Work within the established release framework and collaborate with the team to identify and address areas of improvement.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to test, document, deploy and communicate changes.
Prepare for Salesforce release cycles by reading release notes, completing impact analysis, proactively adapt to upcoming changes in impacted areas and enable new features for end-users.
Partner with other Revenue Operations team on keeping updated documentation on important system and business processes.

Required
3-5+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator working within Sales and Service Cloud
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Experience managing and implementing configuration changes in a Lightning-only Salesforce environment
Certified Advanced Administrator and/or Certified Platform App Builder certifications are a plus
Strong experience with all types of Flow required
Strong problem-solving, analysis and data management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to generate technical documentation
Ability to prioritize requests and meet deadlines
Preferred
Salesforce CPQ experience a plus, desire to learn CPQ a must
CPQ Specialist Certification a plus
Experience with Salesforce Communities a plus
Apex code knowledge and experience a plus
Experience working with other Go-to-Market Tech Stack tools and integrations such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesloft (or other comparable technologies) a plus
