Required

Hands-on Engineering Manager with a proven track record of at least 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
2+ years of experience managing engineers working on early-mid startups
Experience shipping code into production owning work from definition through customer testing
Ownership of a particular domain and leading the architecture to scale along the business
Outstanding ability to write Technical Specs with a high level of detail
Capability of building a culture of high collaboration and high-performing team members
Guidance on best coding practices including code reviews, pair programming sessions, and generating technical diagrams
Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity
Experience working in the Fintech industry
