Responsibilities

Ability to contribute innovative thoughts and ideas to projects and collaborative efforts

Prepare annual budgets and monthly reforecasts

Understand financial results and perform detailed variance analysis

Compile monthly reports for the Board of Directors

Present financial information to finance team, CFO, and senior leadership

Provide insight on financial risks and opportunities across functional areas

Perform ad-hoc analysis for decision support

Act as financial liaison for business leaders

Gain understanding of GHX business, products, and industry

Participate in new business integration

Participate in special projects as required by management

Identify process improvements for efficiency and accuracy

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics

3-5 years of FP&A experience

Preferred

Detailed-oriented self-starter with strong communication skills

Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills

High ownership of work product

Ability to handle workload under time pressure and strict deadlines

Familiarity with Bookings and Revenue in a SaaS environment

Flexible and able to quickly adapt to a dynamic business and market environment

Ability to keep highly sensitive information confidential

Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles

Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel
