Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
Travel to program launch sites and meet with external clients after communicating with business development team.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and performance, and report regularly to stakeholders.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and discussions as needed.

Required
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relationship management skills with external customer service experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and practices is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
Willingness to travel: 50% (Required)
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
