Responsibilities
You will be the point of contact for internal clients. You will collaborate with them to understand their needs/challenges, target audiences, value propositions, messaging, timelines, and goals.
You will then prescribe, plan, and execute marketing activities tailored to their needs – including, but not limited to, ads, emails, case studies, landing pages, sell sheets, social media posts, presentations, and mailers.
You will take ownership of marketing projects – setting clear expectations with internal clients, communicating updates, coordinating approvals, and reporting out results.
You will create project plans, collaborate with teammates and other resources to establish timelines, and drive timely completion of projects to meet (or beat) established deadlines.
You will record project details in our project tracking system, write channel-optimized marketing copy, perform (or coordinate) graphic design & layout, and publish/distribute (or coordinate publishing/distribution) marketing deliverables.

Required
4+ Years of experience in Marketing. Ideally in a B2B environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
Project management mindset. Experience with project management technologies is a plus.
Extremely motivated and a self-starter.
Proactive in searching out information, solutions, answers, and providing updates to teammates and stakeholders.
Excellent marketing copywriting and editing skills.
Experience with ESP, CRM, and CMS platforms.
Expert problem-solver, applying critical thought to maximize efficiency and achieve optimized results.
Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Track record of strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to plan, organize & prioritize multiple projects & maintain tight deadlines.
