Ownership and coordination of high priority platform problems

Leading investigations to determine root cause and impact

Managing activities and processes in problem management space to prevent incident recurrence

Facilitating resources for problem resolution

Serving as the communication point for status updates to business and IT Management

Required

Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Information Systems, Business Communications, MIS, Computer science) and a minimum of four years of related work experience working with one or more mainframe, client, compute, telecom operations, application development and services.

In lieu of a degree, minimum of six years related work experience working with one or more mainframe, client, compute, telecom operations, application development and services.

Preferred

Advanced technical problem-solving skills and analytical skills

Comfortable with analytical tools to transform data in actionable insights. (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL, Blueworks Live or related analytical tools)

Meeting facilitation and presentation skills to foster collaboration and deliver necessary communications across various mediums and audiences

Knowledge of Lean principals, terminology, and common lean problem solving tools

Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT Service Management activities
