Responsibilities

Develop technical requirements to ensure customer insights into application health and improve IT service resiliency.

Collaborate with engineers and developers across multiple IT groups to understand and define their needs.

Write story cards, define acceptance criteria, and conduct research.

Participate in a scrum team and work closely with product owners, scrum masters, and other analysts across enterprise monitoring.

Required

Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum four years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.

In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of four years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.

In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.

Preferred

Ability to collaborate with engineers to write user stories and drive acceptance criteria.

Technical aptitude and proficiency in personal productivity software, as well as visual information management tools. (e.g., ADO, TFS, MS Office, etc.)

Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies

Knowledge and understanding of industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model, and analyze requirements.
