Responsibilities

Assist in the overall quality engineering practice development.

Coach teams on QE policy, strategy, and playbooks.

Contribute suggestions around new QE tools and techniques.

Ensure proper test environments and test data management solutions in project planning.

Collaborate with the project team to develop solutions.

Create compliant, effective, and streamlined test strategy and test approach.

Administer test management project.

Assist in adopting automated testing and CI/CD integrations to support DevSecOps.

Coach teams in the practice of quality engineering.

Ensure teams follow quality governance guidelines.

Support QE tools and documentation.

Track progress and metrics across key continuous delivery and quality metrics.

Required

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering or a Technology related field or High School Diploma or GED and 10 years progressive relevant experience

5 years of experience in overall technology experience working on testing large datasets related to ETL processes, data movements, ensure data integrity and security, writing end-to-end test cases

4 years of experience in test automation engineering leveraging SQL and/or Python programming using latest Python libraries, CICD tools to test, validate large data/datasets on AWS S3, RDBMS and Snowflake databases

4 years of experience overseeing the development of data test plans, test scenarios, execution of test cases and documentation of test results and related tools like QTest

4 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance work with data produced/consumed through Informatica or Snowflake ETL processes

3 years of experience in selenium (or similar robust toolkit) testing

2 years of AWS cloud working experience using S3, lambda is a plus ISTQB: Certified Tester Test Automation Engineer (CT-TAE) preferred
