Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain full-stack software solutions using Service-Oriented Architecture, Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, and REST APIs
Build client-facing applications and features with React, React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ASP.NET MVC
Design, optimize, and query databases built in SQL Server and other databases
Work within all phases of an Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Collaborate with users to interpret and validate detailed business requirements
Participate in application design processes to meet requirements
Develop advanced applications and processes for web pages, user interface screens, and reports
Perform system tests, meet project deadlines, and assist other developers
Prepare test data, analyze program performance, and troubleshoot applications
Participate in the analysis of information systems problems and develop solutions
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Create and maintain software and process documentation
Work with team members to create and maintain a robust framework to support applications
Stay up to date on industry trends

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; accredited bootcamp; or real-world development experience
1–3+ years of software development experience with .NET Framework and C# or equivalent object-oriented framework
1–3+ years of software development experience with React Native, React, or other front-end frameworks (preferred)
1–3+ years of software development experience querying, designing, and optimizing SQL databases
Up to 2 years of coding experience with an object-oriented programming language such as C#, or scripting languages such as JavaScript and TypeScript
Experience in creating software applications and processes
Understanding of development concepts and SDLC methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong investigative skills regarding data analysis
Ability to understand complex business processes
Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Strong customer focus and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with shifting priorities
Ability to independently identify, research, and resolve issues with guidance
Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs
Ability to tactfully communicate difficult or sensitive information
Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Well-organized and self-directed individual able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required by industry demands
