Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution: Lead comprehensive project planning and execution of strategic Amplify Literacy projects, overseeing every phase from inception to delivery.

Risk and Issue Management: Identify and communicate risks and issues, create mitigation plans, manage dependencies, and drive issues to resolution.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Serve as a key leader of cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and empowering team members to achieve project goals.

Leadership & Stakeholder Communication: Ensure team members and stakeholders are informed, lead project tradeoff discussions, and drive decisions to keep projects moving forward.

Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns or issues raised, and collaborate to find solutions.

Conflict Resolution: Identify and address conflicts among stakeholders, facilitate dialogue to reach consensus, and maintain positive relationships.

Quality Assurance and Process Improvement: Establish and maintain quality standards, conduct regular reviews, and partner with teammates to define scalable processes.

Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, address constraints proactively, and manage freelancers and vendors.

Required

BA/BS or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in K-12 product development

10+ years of experience in project management, production, and/or product delivery

Experience designing and developing print and digital products for education

Ability to tailor messages and presentations to specific audiences

Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong relationship builder

Strategic thinker

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Preferred

Background in technology, design, user experience, and product management

Client service experience either in consulting or another field

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
