Responsibilities

Co-lead CR and funding tracker with technical lead
Co-own project plan and roadmap with technical lead
Oversee functional aspects of all campaigns including functional discovery, design, functional QA, functional testing, functional cutover, etc.
Manage day-to-day activities and performance of functional team
Lead campaign prioritization sessions with the client and manage campaign backlog
Own new or ad hoc campaigns as needed
Oversee impact reports, bi-weekly reports, and monthly M&O reports
Communicate key go-live updates, risks, project status, etc. to the client
Manage functional hours and confirm team is fully utilized

Required

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in the field of communications, creative writing, journalism, public relations, or something similar
4+ years of experience in email marketing campaign strategies and reporting
2+ years of experience collaborating with key stakeholders and business customers to refine SFMC needs and objectives and develop new Marketing Cloud campaigns
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

2+ years of audience discovery and segmentation, measurement, modeling strategy, and data quality
Knowledge of paid, owned, and earned media advertising, with a focus of analytical expertise in one or more of the following: omnichannel, media (display, paid search, programmatic, paid social), organic social, social listening/trend identification, site, app, email/CRM, voice of the customer/brand studies, or SEO
Experience supporting and/or leading delivery teams while partnering with internal cross-functional teams
Strong client facing experience
Possess strong time management skills to ensure accurate delivery while leading a single workstream and a team of analysts
Knowledge of industry trends and upcoming changes in marketing measurement best practices
