Responsibilities
Answering calls/emails from clients/employees and directing them to appropriate departments or assisting clients with their needs
Assisting colleagues as needed
Multitasking effectively
Handling daily deposits and utilizing cash management software
Demonstrating competency in Accounts Receivable/Payables
Managing expense reports and investigating GL coding
Communicating effectively with clients and collecting payment for delinquent accounts when necessary
Utilizing data entry skills and balancing budgets

Required
Proficient in Microsoft office programs and general computer related tasks
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Long term employment and reliable work history
Must have excellent organizational skills
Must have a strong competency in Accounts Receivable/Payables
You don’t need to have an accounting degree, but strong math skills are required
Managing expense reports is a daily task and must have the ability to investigate GL coding
Ability to speak well with clients and when necessary, receive payment for delinquent accounts
Data entry skills and ability to balance budgets
Preferred
Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
