Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and leadership to understand business needs.
Work with Solution Managers to align project objectives.
Execute sales strategies tailored to customer segments.
Collaborate with operations team in the business development process.
Manage Contracting/Partnership inboxes and ensure BD Pipeline is up to date.
Conduct status and planning meetings, and develop documentation as needed.
Gather and analyze market intelligence, support company participation in events, and track opportunities.
Coordinate business reviews and monitor performance metrics for process improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
3 years of experience in business development within the DOD or on federal civilian government contracts.
Highly organized with high attention to detail.
Intellectually curious with ability to digest information quickly.
Ability to multitask and juggle conflicting priorities.
Ability to collaborate with a wide range of teams and communicate effectively with all levels of employees to ensure deadlines are met.
Able to prioritize communication methods; knowing when a phone call is needed, versus an email/text.
Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tool.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent Excel skills; above average in PPT and Word.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience with large IDIQ or GWAC contracts and task order bidding process.
GSA Schedule knowledge.
Experience supporting the proposal development process.
Understanding of technology solutions.
