Responsibilities

Implement and manage the marketing plan to support company goals.

Drive growth through new customer acquisitions and maintaining existing customers.

Help create a yearly company marketing budget and reconcile the budget monthly.

Manage all digital and marketing agency relationships.

Maintain marketing plans for the company.

Make sure messaging is applied consistently and correctly in all marketing efforts.

Develop a clear understanding of all marketing activities to measure and understand their effectiveness.

Maintain documentation of duties via Monday.com. This includes a daily/weekly/monthly list of the work pipeline. Maintain a database of standard contacts/vendors. Keep copies of all contracts with external companies.

Manage the online presence and reputation.

Monitor company website (including mobile) to ensure accuracy and maintain fresh content that enhances SEO.

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns monthly.

Coordinate direct mail campaigns.

Manage and create content for social media presence such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

Conduct weekly Marketing meetings to review marketing efforts and results.

Other duties as required.
