Responsibilities
Perform data extractions, transformation, and loading
Manage data warehouse
Utilize COTS or GOTS data analytic software
Manage content using COTS, GOTS, or other content management programs and services
Utilize data analytics software such as Tableau for data visualizations
Use ArcGIS Portal & Insights for map creation and analysis
Apply MS Excel VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for data normalization
Utilize data statistical analysis software
Utilize Python for data analysis
Perform data cleansing and normalization
Build data dashboards with access by customers
Understand the military operational environment
Understand defense collection management processes and supporting databases
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
Utilize Arc Geographic Information System (ArcGIS) and Google Earth or similar visualization tools
Demonstrate relevant written and oral communication skills to articulate requirements and procedures, convey taskings, and exchange information
Apply knowledge of the intelligence cycle and its relation to DoD collection operations, platforms, and sensors
Utilize IC, DoD, and global ISR intelligence disciplines such as GEOINT and SIGINT
Use Collection Requirements Management and associated software tools such as GIMS, PRISM, NSRP, and SAVANT
Utilize Collection Operations Management and associated software tools such as ROME and BVI
Utilize COTS data analytic applications such as SAS Federal, Tableau, and Spotfire

Required
Possess at least four (4) years demonstrated relevant current experience
Performing data extractions, transformation, and loading
Data warehouse management
Using COTS or GOTS data analytic software
Content management using COTS, GOTS, or other content management programs and services
Utilizing Data Analytics Software such as Tableau for data visualizations
Using ArcGIS Portal & Insights for map creation and analysis
