Responsibilities

Manages contract support operations for complex, mission-critical, and strategic programs which may involve multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations.

Utilizes proven leadership skills to organize, direct, and deploy resources with broad technical, business, and industry expertise.

Oversees program budget, schedules and all aspects of financial management of the program.

Effectively manages funds, personnel, production standards, and resources (equipment and facilities) and ensures quality and timely delivery of all contractual items.

Serves as focal point of contact with client regarding all program activities.

In general, work complexity and responsibility will be greater at higher levels.

Required

Bachelor's degree

PMP or Certified Agile Professional (SSGI-CAP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner

Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM)

Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (i.e. must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident who has resided in US for past three years consecutively)

Willing to accommodate a hybrid work environment (i.e. willing to work in office or at client site per project/ team needs)
