Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects concurrently, up to 4-5 projects
Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects using a formal project management methodology
Oversee client/customer/vendor relations to ensure that service expectations are met
Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, including goals, risks, and resource allocation
Monitor project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule
Monitor all project risks and issues and manage their resolution and impact
Meet with and present project status to senior-level management as well as customers as needed

Required
Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading projects
Able to lead a project team of at least 20-30 team members
Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills including the ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels
High Proficiency Level in specific job related duties and skills are required
Experience working in Sharepoint
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Health Insurance industry experience
Experience in leading projects with technical, business and operational team members
Ability to present to groups of people
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word. MS PowerPoint and MS Visi
Experience working in PlanBlue
