Responsibilities

Adopt Azure DevOps and SAFe methods to deliver value faster and more efficiently.

Support the SSIM Manager with project management, planning, communications, change management, assigning priorities, and promoting agility.

Coach the SSIM Team on best practices and lead Agile ceremonies.

Set up a regular business rhythm for the team and ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Track and report the team’s progress towards their quarterly and yearly goals and seek General Manager support and guidance when needed.
