Responsibilities
Updating project information via Excel
Running reports in Oracle JDE
Keeping track of reports
Managing change orders
Coordinating jobs
Handling billing tasks including job progress billings and work order billings
Entering time and equipment data for payroll and job costing
Creating work orders and job packets for office and field folders
Filing documents
Coding receipts for credit cards and field tickets
Managing Certified Payroll
Performing high-volume data entry and data processing
Assisting in other administrative functions when necessary
Performing other duties as assigned

Knowledge of JDE would be an asset but not a requirement
