Responsibilities

Ensure contract conformance for all work performed under the PWS, to include contract performance, schedules, and costs.

Organize, direct, and manage operational support required to execute the work detailed within the PWS.

Assemble and manage teams of Contractor support personnel at multiple locations.

Provide contract status reporting and documentation to FEMA BRIC DTA program manager.

Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.

Manage teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.

Meet with customer and Contractor personnel to formulate and review project plans and deliverable items.

Ensure conformance with program project schedules and costs.

Manage the project cost and performance.

Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organize and delegate responsibilities to subordinates and oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks.

Proactively identify project and budget variance and cost associated risks and report to Federal Program Manager and COR.
