Responsibilities
Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
Review all credit files for CMD pursuant to submitted requests for completeness.
Spread financial statements and/or tax returns using Moody’s statement analyzer.
Use Excel or other spreadsheet programs to complete personal cash flows from tax returns, personal financial statements, credit reports, and other financial information.
Discuss credit requests and financial information with Center and Department personnel.
Must develop the ability to prepare accurate, clear, and concise preliminary analysis of financial information presented and formulate questions for review by Credit Officers/Credit Administrators.
Provide high-level administrative support to the Credit Management Department on an as-needed basis under the direction of either the Chief Credit Officer or the Deputy Chief Credit Officer.
Other duties may be assigned.

Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or four-year university
One to two years related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Specific college-level courses in Accounting including Introductory Accounting and Intermediate Accounting coursework
Good understanding of basic accounting concepts
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet software, MS Word software, and Moody's Financial Analysis
