Responsibilities

Lead and work with a team of highly accomplished engineers to build and deliver customer-centric roadmap.

Responsible to build the new features and iterate on existing products using the latest software development methodologies and frameworks to ensure scalability and reliability.

Work with product managers to priorities features for new products based on customer needs; and enable the web product vision for the company and manage a list of requirements based on industry trends and new technologies.

Mentor and nurture talent and promote a culture of togetherness, partnership, and continuous team improvement through mentoring, feedback, and metrics.

Responsible for the people management of a co-located and remote engineering teams.

Assist Support with release updates for communication.

Own any release-related communication, and maintain schedules, release landing pages, and calendar entries.

Monitor progress of phases by employing appropriate metrics and management reporting.

Required

5+ year of experience in leadership role required.

10+ years of full-stack development is required.

Bachelor's Degree is required.

Strong experience with Agile or Lean practices.

Experience being a people leader, coaching, mentoring and guiding for highly talented technical teams.

Proven experience hiring, retaining, and leading high-caliber engineering talent.

Understanding of web UI technologies and frameworks.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to cater to a diverse audience: executive collaborator, customer, partner, engineering.

Experience leading and building software engineering teams designing and building efficient software products in a fast-paced, sophisticated and dynamic software development environment.
