Responsibilities
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for BranchLab’s health data solutions.
Identify market opportunities and define product roadmap to drive growth and meet customer needs.
Ensure alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch.
Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and implement innovative, privacy-forward health data solutions.
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
Gather and prioritize customer feedback to ensure products meet market demands and user needs.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance and competitiveness.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular product reviews and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
Ensure continuous improvement of product features and functionality based on user feedback and market trends.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management in the health data or health ad tech industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading product development and launches.
Strong understanding of privacy regulations and ID-less data solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
