Responsibilities
Lead the identification, design, and implementation of process improvements across Consumer-Driven Healthcare and Cobra business.
Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams to drive integrated solutions.
Prepare reports for senior management to communicate progress and challenges.
Lead change management efforts related to process improvements and strategic initiatives.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruption to clients.
Build and mentor a team of process improvement specialists and project managers.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to CDH and COBRA.

Required
Over 10 years of experience supporting CDH products and COBRA services, or similar HR/Benefit services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles or similar methodologies.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
Change management expertise with a track record of driving organizational change and transformation.
An individual that understands the value of providing a high level of customer service.
