Responsibilities

Determine the marketing strategy and implement an integrated plan to support business go-to-market strategies

Lead and develop a global marketing team

Establish campaigns, programs, and metrics for customer engagement and retention

Analyze market trends and guide target personas and solutions focus

Oversee PR strategies, content development, and brand management

Forecast, measure, and report on marketing activities impact

Manage marketing budget and optimize vendor relationships

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

12+ years of B2B marketing experience within product marketing, demand generation, and/or content

5+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally within the software/SaaS industry; experience in start-ups/scale-ups preferred

Built and managed a high-performing team, guiding them through transformation and change management along the way

Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize revenue growth.

Deep understanding of what signals are important to a customer experience and buying process

Proven ability gain buy-in and acceptance from senior/executive management for plans and budgets

Ability to clearly articulate a market-persona specific value proposition

Experience working with solution engineers and enablement of customer facing teams

Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to various audiences

Preferred

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a high-growth SaaS environment
