Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess the nature, probability, and magnitude of loss potential for client interests.
Utilize predictive analytics and Risk Quantification tools to differentiate risk and develop strategic risk improvement plans.
Collaborate with various teams to deliver value for clients and develop long-term partnerships.
Serve as a trusted advisor in property risk assessment, loss prevention, and change management.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Minimum of three to five years of experience as an FM Global loss prevention consultant engineer
Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to balance attention to detail with focus on key objectives
Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in facility hazards risk identification and assessment including natural hazards, and general knowledge of equipment hazards
Possess ability to analyze data and develop accurate risk assessments, including interdependencies and business impact
Proficiency in computer skills
Demonstrated abilities negotiating and implementing risk improvement solutions
Strong client relationships and focus on the client needs
Preferred
Prior Industry experience desirable and will be considered in combination with Field Engineering experience
