Responsibilities

Manage and cultivate relationships with current and potential product partners.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of partner products and their alignment with our offerings.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related inquiries and communications.

Negotiate, draft, and manage partnership contracts, ensuring compliance and alignment with company objectives.

Oversee the renewal process, ensuring timely and favorable terms for both parties.

Monitor contract performance and enforce terms and conditions as needed.

Collaborate with product owners to align partnership strategies with product roadmaps and business goals.

Identify and evaluate potential partners that can enhance our product offerings and market reach.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of each partnership.

Work closely with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless partnership execution.

Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on partnership performance and opportunities.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics relevant to partnerships.

Develop and deliver comprehensive reports on partnership activities, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
