Responsibilities
Programming 3 and 5 axis CNC Milling machines and/or 7 axis Mill Turn and Bar Fed Mills.
Maintain quality standards and schedules
Follow instructions and standard procedures
Interface with engineering, department supervisors and quality control inspection, coworkers and upper management

Required
5 years of experience in programming 3-axis and/or 5-axis CNC machines or lathes
Working knowledge of a variety of materials: stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, tool steels, etc.
Experience in Autodesk FeatureCAM or equivalent software
Ability to hold tight tolerances
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work overtime, if needed
Preferred
Experience in machining hardened tool steels
Experience with molds and mold components
Experience in machining multiple grades of stainless steel
