Responsibilities
Conceptualize and produce videos for training, knowledge transfer, and promotional campaigns.
Produce video/visual-based learning content in the Company’s Learning Management System.
Ensure compliance with branding and identity standards and review the quality of the final product.
Work directly with design clients to understand needs and manage project timelines.
Consult with stakeholders throughout the production process.
Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining engagement with key stakeholders.
Balance structure and creativity to create engaging content.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience with digital video technology and editing software packages for production and post-production
Skilled at conceptualization, starting from a concept brief or ideation session
Strong storytelling capability to move from concept to production framework and sequence
Skilled videographer in a variety of live shooting environments (particularly on-location)
Capable post-production editor (Adobe Creative Cloud software suite), graphics & effects creator
Familiar with app-based video animation creation to support storytelling
Familiar with formats for online streaming, social media, promotional loops, etc
Ability to manage multiple projects & competing timelines
Maintains engagement and alignment with key stakeholders to evolve initial brief to an on-target finished product
Excellent communication (written, verbal) skills suited to managing projects
Effectively balances structure (corporate branding, learning content effectiveness, etc.) with memorable, attention-getting creativity
Preferred
3+ years commercial experience in video production / post production
Relevant experience in instructional content creation
