Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Design, develop, test, and deploy Automation Anywhere bots to streamline workflows.
Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutions.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure automation aligns with business needs.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore IT teams and other departments to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems.
Monitor the performance of RPA solutions and troubleshoot any issues.
Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal functionality.
Stay updated with the latest developments in RPA and Automation Anywhere.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation processes.
Suggest and implement best practices for RPA development and deployment.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as an RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere experience preferred, but UI Path experience is also acceptable.
Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions in a business environment.
Proficiency in Automation Anywhere and its various components (e.g., A2019, Bot Insights).
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Preferred

Experience with Kanban or Jira in an Agile environment.
Experience with Java or other full-stack development technologies.
