Responsibilities

Drive innovation that improves under-the-roof processes and reduces costs in the fulfillment and delivery network.

Influence the end-to-end fulfillment process, focusing on quality and cost.

Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, execute, and standardize complex projects to achieve 2024 cost and quality goals.

Gather and analyze data across fulfillment and delivery functions to establish global standards and best practices.

Analyze and solve operational barriers, understanding root causes and driving opportunities.

Develop Amazon best practices for internal operations.

Leverage analytics to support the future state of the business.

Understand under-the-roof/on-the-road operational processes, financial tradeoffs, and technical requirements for change.

Required

Bachelor's degree

4+ years of program or project management experience

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

2+ years of driving process improvements experience

Preferred

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
