Responsibilities

Event Planning and Execution:
Conceptualize and plan events that align with company objectives, such as moderated round table discussions, keynote presentations, and industry network events.
Select and secure venues that provide a unique and engaging atmosphere for attendees.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, AV equipment, and event materials.
Manage event staff and vendors to ensure smooth execution on the day of the event.
Attendee Management:
Develop and implement strategies to attract and register attendees, including personalized outreach and email campaigns.
Create and manage registration pages, track RSVPs, and maintain attendee lists.
Ensure high attendee satisfaction through effective communication and engagement before, during, and after the event.
Content and Program Development:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop event agendas and content that provide valuable insights into B2B marketing.
Work with speakers and moderators to ensure they are well-prepared and aligned with event objectives.
Introduce new products or services in a way that emphasizes their benefits to attendees.
Promotion and Outreach:
Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive event attendance, including social media, email marketing, and direct outreach.
Coordinate with sales and executive teams to engage with key prospects and clients.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Post-Event Follow-Up:
Send personalized thank-you notes to all attendees, highlighting key takeaways and next steps.
Follow up with new leads and prospects to nurture relationships and explore potential collaborations.
Engage with existing clients to reinforce partnerships and discuss further support.
Metrics and Reporting:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as number of attendees, attendee satisfaction, new leads generated, and social media engagement.
Analyze event data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future event planning.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in event management and field marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in event management software and CRM tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges during events.

Preferred

Experience with demand generation and lead generation strategies.
Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing.
Certification in event planning or project management is a plus.
