Responsibilities

Maintain collaborative relationships with vendors, partner teams, and enterprise customers.
Review project statuses and address issues in coordination with project leadership.
Innovate and implement new processes and procedures to overcome current challenges.
Independently analyze and resolve system-related issues, providing senior-level technical support as needed.
Assist in system support and contribute to technical documentation and end-user training sessions.
Provide production support, resolving end-user issues logged in our tracking systems.
Identify problems, propose innovative solutions, and drive resolutions for significant issues affecting assigned programs.
Gather requirements and contribute to designing accurate and efficient solutions.
Participate in change control processes and maintain appropriate documentation.
Generate reports and write queries to support business teams effectively.
Independently configure and develop assigned applications.
Design application solutions and prepare detailed documentation.
Plan and coordinate downtime, change management, maintenance, and upgrades.
Collaborate effectively with sales, product, vendor, and technical teams to configure platforms.
Stay updated on system changes by reviewing system/software documentation.
Assist with application infrastructure provider maintenance and support tasks.
Help users with access issues and assist in system upgrades to support Real Estate objectives.
Contribute to building process flows to manage business requests efficiently.

Required

High school diploma; Bachelor's or graduate's degree in business, computer science, information sciences, or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint; SQL, JAVA, SQL Server preferred.
Proficient in business process analysis and frameworks.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning and unit testing.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of mortgage, banking, and financial services industries and products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
