Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications.
Integrate Camunda BPM solutions to automate and optimize business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of applications.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Java developer with a strong understanding of Java frameworks and libraries.
Expertise in Camunda BPM, including workflow and process automation.
Experience leading a team of developers and managing projects.
Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
