Responsibilities

Manage the biopharmaceutical franchises in the Beef Solutions portfolio including identifying synergies, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating business strategy, developing global promotional campaigns, coordinating market support studies, identifying marketing training needs, and partnering in R&D initiatives.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Veterinary Medicine, or Animal Science.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Global Marketing (communications, brand, product, channel, digital marketing) and related sales support activities.

Experience in new product launches required.

Familiarity of the Animal Health industry or related industry, marketing, and commercial Operations.

Demonstrated expertise in developing effective marketing and communication plans.

Successful track record in creating the best performing Digital Marketing campaigns.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong track record of driving financial performance through P&L management, COGS optimization, strategic pricing, and profitability analysis to achieve market competitiveness and growth.

Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, relationship building, and the ability to influence within and across organizations.

Ability to challenge and drive the organization towards the success of a project.

Ability to work in matrix organization and collaborate with people across multiple time zones, functions, and locations.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to international audiences.

Able to travel up to 20% of time, including to different countries.
