Responsibilities

Assist the Sr. HR Communications & Talent Brand Specialist with the development and execution of internal communications including, but not limited to, digital TV screens and company newsletters.

Support the employee intranet site, OneDrop, managing day-to-day updates, developing and updating department spaces, and identifying opportunities for an optimized user experience.

Support the global HR team in developing a global Badger Meter career brand, focused on creating a consistent user experience for both internal and external job applicants on the Badger Meter Careers' website and social media channels.

Support both HR and Global Marketing Communications teams to ensure all assets follow Corporate Brand & Style Guidelines.

Identify opportunities for improvement that increase employee engagement through communication channels.

Support with the set up and launch of the annual global employee engagement survey program.

Additional projects, tasks, and/or assignments as assigned.
