Responsibilities

Data Modeling and Analysis

Design, develop, and maintain data models to support business requirements

Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide timely solutions

ELT Development

Develop and optimize ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ELT pipeline

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and processing

Database Management:

Manage and optimize data models to ensure efficient data storage, processing, and retrieval

Implement best practices for data warehousing and storage solutions

Collaborate with database administrators to enhance performance and scalability

Tool and Technology Implementation:

Stay abreast of emerging technologies in data analytics and recommend tools for adoption

Implement and maintain analytics tools to support the team's goals and objectives

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business objectives

Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of data projects

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Proven experience in data analytics, ETL/ELT development, and database management

Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Master’s degree in a relevant field

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)

Knowledge of machine learning and statistical analysis

Previous experience in a similar role
