Responsibilities

Works with Program Director to develop and maintain development materials and communication tasks.

Creates and manages various communications such as newsletters and media materials.

Assists with Santa for Seniors project, inventory, and client deliveries.

Coordinates program activities with staff and volunteers.

Helps with loading and unloading inventory, maintaining the company vehicle, and database management.

Assists with performance quality improvement, compliance standards, and represents the Agency professionally.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Required

Must have well-developed professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must be able to multitask and set priorities.

Ability to successfully work on a team.

Ability to prioritize tasks.

Good organizational skills.

Experience in Microsoft Office and G Suite.

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design software.

Knowledge of all social and digital media platforms, tools, and techniques.

Ability to identify and adapt to new social media development.

Ability to follow directions.

Requires adherence of HIPAA standards to ensure confidentiality.

Experience working with seniors, youth, and volunteers is highly preferred.

Experience in customer service.

Associate degree or equivalent of education/experience required.

Experience working with seniors and volunteers.

Must have a current Washington State driver’s license, auto insurance with adequate liability, and a good driving record.

Must pass a criminal background check.
