Responsibilities

Align operational strategies with business needs to produce high-quality deliverables

Understand, communicate, and share program/project information with key stakeholders

Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility

Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to track project status and inform business decisions

Manage projects end-to-end using appropriate project management framework, methodology, and best practices

Drive all project aspects including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, change, and risk management

Create, coordinate, implement, and drive plans in alignment with business strategy and objectives

Proactively anticipate and manage risks/issues, and provide regular status reports

Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employee and contractor resources, ensuring accountability for deliverables

Take action on gaps and redundancies across personnel

Identify, propose, and implement business process/workflow improvements

Occasionally work additional hours to meet team milestones

Perform other duties as required

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related field

Eligible to work in the US without RLA sponsorship for employment visa status

8-10 years of experience in a project/program management role

Use of Agile/Scrum management methodologies on large-scale projects

Worked on cross-functional teams across consumer and/or commercial hardware or software products and services

Use of data analysis tools to create reports/presentations/dashboards

8-10 years of experience in reporting and data

Experience managing vendor/supplier relationships

Experience communicating directly with customers and/or external partners

Preferred

PMP or PMI certification

Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently

High proficiency using productivity software such as M365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint)

Ability to use agile/scrum project/program management principles and methodologies to consistently meet task deadlines, triage changing priorities, and track issues to resolution

Ability to collaborate across diverse teams with a customer service mindset
