Responsibilities

Collaborate with other stakeholders to gather requirements to understand the business needs and mission objectives.
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
Translate requirements and user research insights into design solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate with developers, communication, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, team members, and other stakeholders.
Develop updated designs for the current product to create a cohesive offering.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design, user experience, and technology.

Required

5 years experience in Product Design, UX/UI design; certification preferably
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
Experience with motion design and creating interactive prototypes.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Strong understanding of branding and its impact on user experience.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar discipline
