Responsibilities
Overseeing quality control through the auditing of a sample of outgoing and incoming calls to ensure adherence to established protocols, assess team member performance, and assess accuracy of case outcome results as recorded in ServiceNow
Recording/documenting outcomes of audits in ServiceNow
Utilizing ServiceNow to collect data and prepare reports
Actively participating in process improvement activities at the team and project levels
Other activities as identified based on project need

Required
Associate degree
2+ years of related experience
Highly organized, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Experience using computers including Microsoft Office-Word, Excel & SharePoint
Problem-solving techniques
Detail-oriented
Competence in using various communication platforms (such as email, team chats) to manage and respond to inquiries effectively
Familiarity with quality improvement/performance improvement methodologies
Ability to follow established procedures/processes
Strong inter-personal and communications skills, both written and oral
Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and adjust as needed
Must be able to function in a remote work environment
Must have secure and reliable internet access
Maintain professional etiquette in a variety of situations
Consistent and regular attendance
Preferred
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid provider enrollment
Knowledge of Provider Enrollment, Chain, and Ownership System (PECOS)
Customer service experience
Knowledge of scaled agile methodology and principles
