Responsibilities

Prioritize, organize, and provide general administrative support to the C-suite and Board of Directors
Handle sensitive matters and perform special projects.
Develop and manage meeting agendas and logistics.
Maintain corporate documents and records.
Assist with donor database management and communications.
Support contract renewals and grant writing projects.
Process vendor invoices and bank deposits.
Coordinate Board and committee meetings, including logistics and minute-taking.
Front desk clerical duties

Required

Bachelor's degree
Valid driver’s license
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in handling confidential information
At least one year of supervisory experience

Preferred

Bilingual in Spanish
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
