Responsibilities
Collaborate with a dynamic team of data scientists, business analysts, and IT professionals to develop data visualization solutions using Qlik software.
Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all visualizations.
Optimize Qlik applications for performance and usability.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on Qlik tools and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data visualization and Qlik development.

Required
Must be a US Citizen
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered
Proficiency in QlikView, Qlik Sense, and other Qlik products
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL
Experience in developing complex dashboards and visualizations
Familiarity with scripting languages used in Qlik (e.g., Qlik script)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Experience with technical documentation and reporting
Preferred
Prior experience in a data visualization role within a government environment
Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms
Understanding of UX/UI design principles
Certification in Qlik products
Relocation to Bloomington, Indiana (or the surrounding area) is preferred, however, remote may be a possibility
