Responsibilities

Assist in designing and curating standard creative templates for various communication channels.
Provide creative support for remote recordings, webinars, and in-person events.
Build and maintain creative asset libraries, guidelines, and templates.
Deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect creative assets reflecting the company's mission.

Exceptional attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.
A production and execution-focused mindset.
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced companies.
Events-related design experience.
A passion for photography.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Adobe XD.
Undergraduate degree preferred.
5+ years of experience.

Preferred

Experience in video editing and animation (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects).
Skills in web/UI design and prototyping (Adobe XD, Figma).
Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS).
Expertise in print design and production.
Familiarity with Brandfolder and/or SmartSheet.
Relevant in-house, corporate, or B2B design experience.
Exceptional skills or background in event creative, social media creative, paid media creative, and employer branding.
