Responsibilities

Lead client delivery engagements and work with senior-level client management
Teach technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts
Actively advocate for the use and implementation of Agile methodologies and principles.
Report risks when work is projected to be delayed
Proactively create mitigation strategies for at-risk work
Provide a status of team’s workload in Scrum of Scrum meetings
Provide inputs to stakeholder briefings speaking to their team’s work status
Facilitate and lead the scrum ceremonies, such as standups, planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
Working with the product owner to define and prioritize the work
Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree
Scrum Master related Certification
8+ years of experience as the Scrum Master of a development team
5+ years of experience with JIRA
