Responsibilities
Monitor Advantage Services physical space
Maintain work rooms and keep supplies and resources organized.
Maintain office supply stock and order/purchase supplies when necessary.
Maintain room schedules and manage room reservations.
Post monthly Advantage Services hours and maintain daily schedule.
Manage the phone system operations
Ensure all work room technology equipment is in good working order.
Process in-coming and out-going mail
Assist with arranging out of state travel for AS staff
Maintain staff lists by site
Coordinate process for developing, training, on-boarding and recognizing AS staff
Receive monthly statistics from program providers
Produce monthly program and services statistics
Produce other reports on an as-needed basis
Participate collaboratively with other members of the Advantage Services and housing site teams including participation in regular team meetings.
Maintain productive relationships with residents.
Participate in corporate projects and complete other assignments as assigned.
Maintain working knowledge of Advantage Services programs.
Manage schedule for AS Vice President;
Coordinate scheduling AS team trainings/retreats;
Provide information as needed/requested to other CBC areas;
Assist with problem solving;
Performs other duties as assigned

Required
High School diploma or equivalent.
Two to three years’ experience as an administrative specialist, preferably in a nonprofit organization
Working knowledge of affordable housing and support services field.
Knowledge of community resources and service networks
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience working within diverse communities, which include people of various ages, gender, sexual orientations, national origins, income levels, ability levels, religious affiliations, races, and languages.
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment with both internal and external partners.
Experience utilizing MS Office, Publisher and web-based programs.
Must have a reliable transportation plan for getting to and from work.
Must be able to successfully complete criminal background check.
Ability to open and close file drawers.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to file documents.
Ability to type data into a computer.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience assisting with development activities and volunteer coordination
